Hello, I’m Bobbie
I’m here to make the complex feel manageable.
As a Registered Dental Hygienist and Myofunctional Therapist, my passion for airway health began when I saw how often the underlying causes of everyday concerns could be overlooked. I wanted to do more than simply address symptoms—I wanted to help people understand the bigger picture.
Today, I help children and adults build healthier oral function and breathing patterns through practical, personalized therapy and education.
My approach is warm, practical, and evidence-informed. Therapy should fit into life, not take it over. You will understand each goal, why it matters, and how to practice it with confidence.
My story
I kept noticing the question nobody had answered.
My interest in airway health grew out of the moments that sat just outside the obvious answer. I kept meeting people who were doing everything right and still not feeling quite right—breathing through their mouths at night, unable to keep their lips comfortably together, or finishing orthodontic treatment only to watch things drift back.
Nobody had walked them through the muscles, habits, and patterns underneath. That gap became the focus of my work: a practice built on education and follow-through, where sessions explain the reason behind each goal and practice fits into an ordinary day.
Today I work with children, teens, and adults—often alongside the dentists, orthodontists, and sleep providers already caring for them. The setting is virtual, but the attention is personal.

Credentials & training
The foundation beneath the care.
My work sits where clinical oral health meets function and habit—so the background matters as much as the plan.
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Registered Dental Hygienist with a background in clinical dental care.
Myofunctional Therapist
Myofunctional Therapist with specialized training through Myo Mentor.
My philosophy
Care should feel understandable, not impressive.
Explain the why
A routine you understand is a routine you keep. Every goal comes with the reasoning behind it.
Keep it practical
Therapy has to survive real mornings, real schedules, and real children. We build around the life you already have.
Work with your team
You are usually already seeing dentists, orthodontists, or sleep providers. I would rather support that work than repeat it.
What you can expect
Clear from the first conversation.
No jargon, no guesswork, and no routine you cannot explain back to me.

- 01
An unhurried evaluation
We look at breathing, oral posture, habits, sleep, and history together, so nothing gets reduced to a single symptom.
- 02
A plan you understand
You leave knowing what we are working on, why it matters, and roughly how long it may take.
- 03
Steady guided practice
Short, doable daily work between sessions, with adjustments as your body responds.
- 04
Progress you can notice
Change is tracked in real function—breathing, rest, consistency—not just in how diligent things feel.
